How it works
You pay us. We set up a personal AI agent instance for you. You get yourname@uff.email.
Forward emails to it — it remembers, reasons, and replies. Simple.
Pricing
The standard monthly cost is €19/month*.
Payment is via bank transfer only, billed monthly. After payment clears, your instance is provisioned — typically within 24 hours.
* The asterisk matters. The €19/month covers a monthly LLM spending allowance of approximately €14. This is enough for normal, casual use — forwarding documents, asking questions, getting summaries, running daily briefings. For the vast majority of users this limit is never reached.

Use the details below for bank transfers. Include your desired @uff.email handle in the
payment
reference so we can provision your instance quickly.
Invoices & VAT
We issue a PDF invoice for every payment received. If you need a VAT invoice or your company details on the invoice, include them in the payment reference or email us at support@uff.email.
We are registered in the UK. For EU customers, reverse-charge VAT applies — you self-account for VAT in your own country.
Heavy usage
uff.email is designed for normal, everyday agent use. If you need to hammer the LLM with thousands of requests per day or process massive documents continuously — this may not be the right service for you.
If you hit the spending limit, you have a few options:
- Increase your LLM budget — we can adjust pricing for your specific needs. Just reach out and we'll figure it out.
- Self-host — uff is built on open-source tools (Hermes Agent, Mailu). You can run your own instance on your own infrastructure at any time. We'll help you export your data.
- Use a different service — if you need heavy-duty, high-throughput LLM access, there are other providers better suited for that. We're not trying to be that.
We keep this service easy, affordable, and low-maintenance for casual users. That's the point.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Your instance will be archived for 30 days, then permanently removed. You can request a full data export before removal at no extra charge.
