How the service works
Jak działa usługa
After payment, we set up a personal AI assistant instance for you. You
get a
[email protected] address. You send or forward messages
to it, and the assistant analyzes, remembers context, and replies in
the email thread.

Pricing
Cena
The service costs $4.99 per month — one flat price, no tiered plans.
Koszt usługi to $4.99 miesięcznie — jedna stała cena, bez progów pakietowych.
Payment is by bank transfer only, billed monthly. Once your payment clears, we set up your instance, usually within 24 hours.
Płatność odbywa się wyłącznie przelewem bankowym, w rozliczeniu miesięcznym. Po zaksięgowaniu płatności konfigurujemy instancję, zwykle w ciągu 24 godzin.
The price covers normal, everyday use: documents, emails, reminders, briefings, and research. Typical usage fits within this budget. If your usage is consistently much higher — for example, hundreds of long documents a day or continuous generation of large reports — we'll work out individual terms with you.

Invoices and VAT

We issue a PDF invoice for every payment received. If you need a VAT invoice or company details on the invoice, include them in the transfer reference or send them to [email protected].

The company is registered in the United Kingdom. For EU customers, the reverse charge mechanism applies — VAT is settled by the customer in their own country.

uff.email is designed for normal, everyday assistant use. The flat $4.99/month price covers typical usage.

If you consistently exceed this level of use, two options are available:

The service is meant to stay simple, predictably priced, and free of technical maintenance on your side.

Cancellation
Rezygnacja
You can cancel at any time. Your instance will be archived for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Before deletion, you can request a full data export at no additional cost.
Możesz zrezygnować w dowolnym momencie. Instancja zostanie zarchiwizowana na 30 dni, a następnie trwale usunięta. Przed usunięciem możesz bez dodatkowych opłat poprosić o pełny eksport danych.
