What you do

Forward the email — attachment and all — to your assistant:

Subject: FW: Contract renewal — can you pull the key dates?

Body: What changed from last year, and when does this auto-renew?

Your assistant reads the PDF, understands what you asked, and replies in the same thread with a short list:

• Term: 24 months (was 12)
• Auto-renewal: yes — 90 days before expiry
• Notice period: 60 days
• Price change: +4% on the second year

No app. No upload portal. Just email, like you'd send to a colleague — except this colleague reads 40 pages in a few seconds and doesn't miss page 17.

Why it works

You already forward emails all day. This one just comes back done. And because the assistant keeps the context, the next time you ask about that same contract — "when can we cancel?" — it already knows which one you mean.
